Was the Ride more compliant? How hard are they to adjust to get setup?

The fronts include knobs for adjustment. The rears need to be adjusted off the car, done so by fully compressing the shock and then rotating the shaft. They are definitely a better ride overall, showing off the most on an autocross course.

Mid softness up front and a tight rear, paired with the eibach rear sway and appropriate tire pressures makes the car rotate easily and predictably

Fully puckered with a slight chub every corner with aforementioned setup. Good question!
