3 issues! Knowing my ST

Hey guys ! As the title said, i have 3 issues, i dont know if this happened to someone:
When i start up AND start to accelerate the car softly, It sounds a little buzzing, not so loud It just lasts a bit, ITS like a metal with metal rubbing It feels on the pedals a little vibrations while the buzzing sounds... ITS strange.
Second issue ITS a rattle when i drive over an irregular Terrain It sounds on front suspension like a rattle of metal with metal.
3rd issue Is... I have the air bag light because the previous guy take of the front seats for cleaning pourposes, but i discover a lot of wires AND cables with a relay on It! So i dont know if i can Buy a harness to replace that web of wires.
Sorry for the long post! But i need help.

The buzzing and rattling sounds a lot like it might be exhaust pipe rattles.

If the seats are the same ones that were removed for cleaning, if you plug everything back in it should all work. Unless for some reason they cleaned the wiring right out of the car...
