Quick update I wrapped up my water meth install last night and finally got some driving impressions on the way to work today. Those impressions are: Holy crap the car is faster then it was on E30. I have virtually 0 negative ignition corrections now and the car is not leaning out on 23psi. After I find a new data logging road (I just moved) I will get some revisions to the methanol tune and post some v dynos. I am seriously impressed with the water meth kit thus far.
I am fascinated with this stuff, don't know enough to have any opinions, but will follow and learn. Thanks Tune + for clearing up some confusion.
AEM has a failsafe built in. I have a proprietary relay system setup for the failsafe system, it works pretty slick.
+1 the failsafe was my biggest fear. I tested Tune+ 's failsafe when I did my initial wiring/install. It does work and it will alert you.

I'd like to know the method of failure. An alarm?

Glad to hear it is working out so great! Where at in MI are you at? I would love to experience a big turbo fist. I am trying to convince my soon to be fiance that it is a must have for mine, but its not working out so well haha. The house were getting and ring are more important. (According to her) hahah

A check engine light and wrench light will be illuminated on the dash if the system has a fault.

As Stephen posted, it will give you a wrench and warning on the dash. You will also have a dead pedal. This will happen if the system has a fault, which is either low fluid, voltage error, controller error, or pump failure.

What all my customers will look like by years end.

My poor car is a drug addict now.

Mini update: I got around to dropping the TB today so I could install a larger meth jet. V-Dynos with more then 23psi coming very soon. I really want to see where I max out this ATP kit and J-Line before I got full DHM turbo kit and race IC.

Update: the following will be ordered and paid for this week for my build: DHM quick spool kit with screamer pipe (man status) and off road downpipe. DHM crash bar and IC (with the bov flange on the IC, and custom brackets for my mishimoto oil cooler) and lastly a mishimoto radiator. Over the next month or so I will be ordering a pair of M&h slicks as well per Russ's recommendation. I also plan to purchase a racing seat of some sort and calling my build done for this year's track season.

Updates and parts porn coming soon.

Curious as to why you're switching from the ATP kit? I was pretty interested in picking it up. Any info is greatly appreciated!

1 word: lag the atp kit lags like a mother. I usually would see 20psi by 4500rpm and Max boost around 5k. I wanted a dhm kit from the word go and settled for the atp kit. Do yourself a favor and just call DHM the atp kit will leave you very unsatisfied.
Right I'm excited. It was all paid for today. Im officially a member of the dhm family.

Mini update: my ATP kit fell apart on me!

So as a warning to any atp turbo kit owner my kit came apart on the car as I was driving today. The belmouth adapter on the turbo flange completely backed out and lost all but 1 of its studs with no warning. I had noticed a little extra exhaust smell earlier in the day yesterday followed by my car soon after sounding like it was running open dp. Upon getting home yesterday I inspected my car and discovered the failure. I ended up spending 3hours last night between tracking down correct length bolts then studs then wrestling the tight space. Long story short the car is back together now and I want this ATP kit off my car asap. Hurry up DHM lol

So DHM sent me some teasers of my DP in fab. Note the 3 inch flange. I seriously cannot wait for my parts to arrive.
