Ah no it does not I owned a 2012 Focus no traction control or TQ vectoring lol. Come on Dan do better research before posting.

My 2010 Ford Focus has traction control. By 2012 all vehicles mandated by law had to have electronic stability control. Passenger vehicles not heavy duty trucks.

ok I am surprised . I knew it had a form of traction control I did not realize it was torque vectoring unlike our cars I do not think one can turn it off.
