Been testing out the manifold with the S280 as well as a 2860 and decided to keep the 2860 and WOR modified stock manifold.

Less than 200 miles on the turbo and less than 500 on the manifold. Tuning miles only - the turbo doesn’t even have a layer of carbon on the exhaust side.

Turbo comes with everything listed in the kit plus a red Whoosh “s” hose for hot side pipe to intercooler which is unopened as I didn’t need it. Also including a set of ARP downpipe studs. The turbosmart boost reference adapter and CEL defender are also unused because I already had them from previous setup.

Manifold is ceramic coated but there are some spots chipped from taking it off/on a few times. Don’t mind the stuck studs, I’ll get them out before shipping or handoff.

Turbo - $2000
Manifold - $500

Prices are pretty firm unless you want to make an offer for both.

Turbo package dims are 18x13x13” and 25 lbs shipping from 46033 or local meet. Manifold dims TBD. I travel all around Indiana, Ohio and Michigan for work so could meet in a multitude of places.

How'd the two units compare to eachother? I've been debating which turbo to swap to... I'd love the additional power of the 2860 but have been concerned about turbo lag.
Would love this question answered too! Sorry to bump a dead thread/sold item.

You’re good homie. The 2860 definitely lags a lot more but I trust it’s reliability more. Install on the S280 is easier, and adjusting the iwg is exponentially easier because the 2860s design is stupid af in this regard.

Are you overall happier with it over S280. Or is there any regrets. If any, what?
