Bilstein coilovers. Am I screwed or missing something?

I got a set of Coilovers (B14) a long time ago, and I'm finally getting around to installing them on my 2017. It looks like these might not actually work on a 2017 though. The stock struts have two tabs, one for the sway bar and another for what I believe is a speed sensor. I noticed on the Mountune clubsport set (that look like Bilstein) there are two tabs, and I also see on the B8 struts that they have two tabs.

Anyone else run into this issue? It's been so long I can't return them, so I'm looking for what my options are?

That is a weight that is some sort of harmonic damper... You don't reallly need it.

Thanks, after more research I found it. I guess it's called a mass damper and used for NVH.
