Pretty sure that bracket holds the o2 sensors on.

It's something up top around transmission, battery. It's not showing up in the pics I took.

Thanks to Jessica, it goes in upper starter bolt and adjacent in bell housing.

That is incorrect, sir. We do have 2 of those, but they are quite apart.
