PFA.

Long story short, im getting rid of my aux kit. Im going the hpfp & injectors route. Ive been busy and not paying attention to the fiesta world, am i missing anything when i order the pump and injectors? For others who have gone this route, if you dont mind mentioning whats required for the install that would be much appreciated. I was planning on the xdi pump and injectors from whoosh.

Nope thats all you need, get a base tune for the new parts before you install them.

Lots of people run the xdi, no issues. Few people run the nostrum since it's new, only thing I've seen is @MO15Fiesta running out of fueling up top past 375whp or so. Also Adam supposedly doesn't like the norstrum for whatever that's worth.

Thanks for da info. I opted for the xdi w injectors combo. Looking for 365-380 whp range

On another note, thoughts on triple 8s for tires? Is the jump from 200treadwear(falken rt’s) to 100(toyo) worth it?

Depends on what you are doing. I've run re71r for a while and will switch to something else soon. If you drive at all in the wet I've read that the r888r is sketchy.

So is the o-ring kit and injector service kit sold on whoosh necessary? Unnecessary?

My opinion its unnecessary. The new injectors have o-rings and I reused the clips from the old injectors. Just make sure you swap over the spacers from the old injectors. I would just get an extra set of seals only.
