Car stutters/misfires? at 3-5psi

It doesn’t sound like a boost leak. No air sound. But any power application and it judders and the power is gone. If I stay out of boost I can drive around just fine.

Boost leak?

Yes. All hoses are properly done up. It might be the base tune.
