Clutch or throw out?

Normal driving back and forth to work, i rarely, if ever notice it. But, after about 2 hrs of driving, i notice that as i let out on the clutch, it feels as if it's starting to engage and then all of the sudden it grabs hard. Almost like there's a dead spot between "starting to engage" and "fully engaged". I match rev best i can 90% of the time. Car is "new" to me time at about 62k miles. I'm at 71k miles now. Everything is stock as far as i know. MP215 tune. Everything else is in my signature. Do we think this is a clutch issue or throw out? Or something else? Had mustangs forever and a day and usually i hear a chirping before the throw out goes. Not hearing that though understandably this is not quite the same.
