Clutch/ slave cylinder changed, gears grind/ unable to shift

Changed the clutch on my 2015 fist. Followed the ford manual, torque specs are correct, used alignment tool, disk is facing proper way, painstakingly bled the clutch and did a neutral reset with the shift linkage upon reassembly. No noise coming from transmission until I go put the car in any gear. R-6th I get a loud grinding, idling is fine prior to trying to put into gear. After couple pumps of the clutch pedal. It got incredibly stiff to the point I had to stand on it to get it to go down, after that it never came back up. Master cylinder was replaced 2k miles ago. Upon waking up this morning, I discovered a puddle of brake fluid under my car despite connections to master and slave being secure and clips still present on their assemblies. Any suggestions?

if i had genuinely no idea, i would start pulling things apart and looking for where the leak is coming from. could it be the clutch master cylinder? slave cylinder? cracked/broken line? dump water over everything that is relatively safe to do so, dry it off, and watch for a leak from there. i don't think it's entirely like watching paint dry
(i say this stuff because I had a 2007 Chevrolet Cobalt & I had a brake fluid leak, so I had to spend lots of time narrowing it down. I went through a lot of water & two master cylinders, but I eventually fixed it)

Missing the seal on the Slave Cylinder pressure line that goes into the Clutch slave itself.There is a Whole thread on this if you search. It is very easy to lose this seal as i have done it. The only way to get it is to buy a new line.

I made sure to replace the seal when installing the new slave. Turns out the seals on the part itself burst as the brake fluid leaking was coming from the bell housing. Not dealing with the fiasco of dropping my transmission again so into the shop it goes:(

How did you replace the seal on the line if its only available with the line? Do you mean you reused the old line and pulled the old seal out of the Slave Cyl and installed it back on the line and into the new slave?
