Its been a week after my DP install, I just noticed today my AP is showing max PSI of like 62.....I reset it, again after a drive it shows a max of 61....reset...then a max of 63?

Now I know sometimes it does something weird like read 599 or 699 PSI but reading 61-62 is new, has anyone else's AP been showing funky double digit numbers?

Maybe COBB can chime in [dictate]

false data spike.
you can clear it by resetting max values. no you did not make 60psi of boost. that would be hilarious if that wee turbo could do 60psi.

just because my instant fuel economy gauge on the scangauge reads 9999mpg doesn't mean I'm getting 9999 miles per gallon

Ya, it just does this sometimes. Mine told me I hit 45psi at half throttle yesterday.
This is why I want a real boost gauge.

Ditto. I've actually got an OEM Ford mechanical boost/vacuum gauge from my old Thunderbird Super Coupe I've been wanting to hook up, but I need a round housing to put it in. It's largely still in Dash Cluster Module form. No idea where the ************************* I run a vac line to tap for pressure.

Edit: Wow. Four asterisks autocorrects to infinity asterisks. nice.

Now we just need a nice gauge pod.

Nice haha wish I could get 62 lbs. thru my system lol. Could you imagine what 62 lbs. would feel like? Space shuttle taking off? Rocket sled?

I cleared mine 3 times so far...mostly happens if I leave the AP on for a longer period of time while I'm out shopping. Never had it happen randomly though.

Joe at 2JR is making a gage pod for our fiestas. Id also rather have a mechanical vacuum/pressure gage.
