cold start problem in winter and the high idle

So I have several issues with my car:
  1. High idle: It’s always at 10k RPM or above.
  2. Cold start issue: Especially in winter. The engine starts right away, but after that the RPM begins to drop, and it seems like the engine is struggling not to shut off.

Even after 1 or 2 minutes, the idle remains high, and if I press the gas pedal, the RPM increases and then starts to decrease to the point where the engine is almost about to stall.

There is no smoke coming from the exhaust.
The engine oil is fresh, at max level, and not mixed with water.
The spark plugs are original and new.
The coolant level is between max and min.
The scan didn’t show any engine fault codes.
The car is a Ford Fiesta EU (B299) 2011 and it does not have a MAF sensor.
The throttle body is clean and the air filter is new.
here is the video when i start the care if the attachment does'nt work

A 2011 Fiesta won't have the 1.6L EcoBoost engine (or suspension setup) that we all have here.
First step is to read history codes. Sounds like it has a vacuum leak.
Older engines may use separate motor to control air that bypasses the throttle plate. This could be referred to as an IAC motor/valve. (Idle Air Control)
Newer drive-by-wire engines may use the throttle plate itself to control air during idle. This could be referred to as a throttle body - https://www.fiestastforum.com/threa...e-control-system-stuck-open.33864/post-524637
