Creaking Sound When Turning On In The Morning 2013 M7 Fiesta ST (AUS)

Hi Everyone,
Every time I start my 2013 FISTA in the morning I hear a creaking sound (almost like an old door opening up) It seems to be coming from the dash area. It also happens when I turn my car off and leave it for a couple of minutes, I don't think it's coming from the engine, I thought it could possibly be the blend door actuator since they seem to be a common failing point but this sound isn't as harsh. I will see if I can catch the sound on video tomorrow morning, any help will be greatly appreciated.

Usually when the blend door actuators go they make a LOUD 'clacking' or knocking type sound.
(Almost like a drugged, slowed down woodpecker going at a hardwood tree.)

The little sensor fan behind that tiny grille/bezel on the dash near the steering wheel sometimes makes a quieter, much more rapid fire cadence clicking sound at certain HVAC settings once the blend doors go south.

Maybe your blend doors are on the way out and the gears are just creaking now, before they fully fail and make the loud clacking??
