CV boot already ripped at 12k miles

I looked at my cv axle boot yesterday on passenger side and it looks like it's torn a little... Already? Is this a common thing? I only have 12.5k miles. There's a little grease buildup on the surrounding parts.

Shit! Does the warranty cover that? I'm full bolt on now... I wonder if they will cover it...

They should. Axle boots and seals are separate from any power mods so they shouldn't care. I would just unmarry the accessport before you go.
