I was poking around Youtube and found a British guy who happened to upgrade his Focus RS to sync 3.4, was playing around with the idea of upgrading my Fiesta for fun, and thought I would share it on here to see if anyone else has heard of this, or tried it.
He used this Cyanlabs program successfully, and overall it appears to have some neat features. It works with both Nav and regular sync 3 systems, it lets you set up whichever software version you are currently on, and overall looks like an easy set up. It installs just like regular sync updates by USB.
