That's absolutely nuts. I saw one in person when my work van was getting serviced. It was sold for 58k which I thought was a bargain

I just bought my FIST the other day and a sales man there told me they had a 350 and it sold immediately. They had it $10k over msrp

Think this is bad, I bet some dealers will have more insane mark ups on the GT350R & Ford GTs. They will do this on the FoRS too! I remember them having markups on the GT500 when I was looking, nothing new here, if they can get someone to pay over, why not? If everyone banded together and refused to pay over MSRP, this would never happen, until then, this will be common place.

Ouch. That hurts. I can see 10k to get an allotment but 100k is a lot of money.

You would need to be really desperate to buy at that price or just nuts.Give me model like the 69 shelby with todays technology and maybe we could talk.

Any fool willing to part with more than MSRP before taking the depreciation hit when driving off the lot deserves to be parted with their money, regardless of the car. My buddy already has his for significantly less than $150k, lol.

That is a stupid price. I could almost understand on an R model but not a plain GT350.

Its a 2015 which is kind of limited production but as a collector car it is going to take a long time to make a 2015 worth any more than a 2016.

Dealership near me has an R for 175k...

The non-R should NEVER be marked up. I know TWO people who have bought one for MSRP. the deals are there if you spend time finding them.

My local dealership just got one in today 2/2/16 and is prepping it for the showroom floor. White with blue stripes. They are marking it up $27k.
They are also expecting a Focus RS which they will mark up by $10k.

That seems pretty normal, 10-30k for performance models when they are scarce. There are enough impatient people with cash to do that for a few months. The GT350 will eventually get a lot closer to sticker and I expect the RS to be available at sticker very soon.
