Food grade silicone spray helps maintain seals too. It has to be rubber and plastic safe, don't use just any silicone spray.

I've been using 303 aerospace protectant to maintain my door seals. I also had some Honda shin-etsu grease that I used on my Acura, I hadn't thought about using it on the ST. I included it when I sold the Acura, so I'll probably keep using the 303.

I'm curious what other people are using to maintain their door seals.

I've been using the Liquid Wrench silicon spray for years as part of the normal Winter prep routine. Keeps the doors from freezing shut. I also used graphite powder as a lubricant for the door/trunk locks... although that's not necessarily relevant with newer vehicles, as it was with older.

It's messy, but may switch to this for the coming Winter. Bought the bottle for an unrelated project.
