So….

I didn’t watch the videos, read the instructions, or check out the forum first🤦‍♂️

I said to myself “I used to wrench on cars all the time in my teens 20 plus years ago”

While removing the old exhaust the muffler nuts were locked on the studs…. I didn’t know they were studs I thought they were bolts! i tried heat, PB blaster… nothing was working so I cut them off. Once I had the old system out I realized the ”bolts” were actually studs.

Now I’m in a situation… any advice would be greatly appreciate!

I feel like my options are- 1) weld new studs 2) grind the old ones out in order to use bolts (seems super time consuming plus I’ve already tried drilling and burnt up multiple bits) 3) a new down pipe (expensive and it’ll take a minute to get the new parts)

if you guys/ gals know something I don’t holler at me!
