Fender HELP

So I got hit and run at school, and the person hit my fender, but it isn't that bad, and know my door won't open. Everytime I try to open the door rubs on the fender, and doesn't open all the way any suggestions? Fender is fine, and don't feel like going through insurance.

The fender is either pushed back closing the gap between the door and fender or its pushed in a little at the rear. If it's pushed back loosen the bolts and try to move it forward or use a plastic trim tool and slide it between the fender and door and pry the fender out some until you open the gap enough to let the door open with out hitting the fender. Be careful when you do this or you will damage/chip the paint.
