Fiesta st-2 2015 grinding noise when chasing from 1st-2nd

I get a metal clunking noise when pulling away from first and going from first to second. Sounds like it's coming from the drivers footwell. Not sure what it could be . It’s fine once driving and gears above that .

Possibly rear engine mount. Fairly common with OEM mounts with even a moderate tune or age/wear. If you are able to get under the car and inspect the mount, rubber bushings may be dried out and torn, or worn. If you can wiggle the engine/transmission forward and backward by hand or a small amount of leverage you may be able to replicate the sound.
