front bumper holes

I have seen a few mk7 where people have drilled a row of holes. with a hole saw maybe? anyone on here done it? tips or tricks to help? I'm going to do it, I think it looks great.

There’s a steel bumper right behind it, probably should paint that flat black. Also, the front of your car is a little bit of a parachute... you’re increasing the size of the parachute. (High drag device to slow you down)
