Good afternoon. is there any way to upload to the GPS unit a GPX file for trip planing? I see that there is only one SC card slot, but can you use a uSB and U/L to the computer?

No one does this? On my Goldwing, you can go to trip planner create a gpx file and put it on the sd card, place it back on the bike computer and when you power up, it mentions that you have a new route and would you like to import.

I believe you can upload a map from Mapquest, if you have sync services set up as well as a phone set up with your FiST. I used this a few times, but it was easier to input a destination, and let the GPS unit figure it out. To use mapquest, you have to enroll at the Ford website for sync services, then add an app, I believe, then get your route through mapquest, then send to your phone, gets uploaded to your nav unit, and you are set.

Yep. I do that often and love the feature of sending points from my phone to the car. Although, we're planing a trip this weekend and sometimes you want to take a not so direct route. With the bike, I can actually drag and move a route around with google, go to the gpx web site, and create a GPX file. Install on the sd card of the bike and the route will be all planed to include the way I planed it on google. So, I didn't know if I was missing a feature that may be there but not known in the manual.
