Looking at lowering springs, and I've heard lots of great things about the Swift Spec-R's and that they are linear compared to the rest being progressive, but what does that really mean/how much of a difference is there. Thanks!
Swifts are very similar to the stock springs and will moderately lower the car. Paired with Koni Yellows, they are great on the track but are a little harsh for the street (but I run my Konis pretty firm so that's not necessarily a knock on the springs). H&Rs have a more aggressive drop as far as I know.
