Halogen headlight adjustment?

I looked around (albeit briefly) to see if there is any manual adjustment on the fiesta standard, non projector housing. Looking inside I don't see too much going on in there. A few torx screws but not sure if they are mounting points or adjustments?

The standard housing only has and up down adjustment. Found it I the manual. If I remember correctly it's a Philip screw.
