HELP!!My phone buttons stopped working

After what appeared a update from google to my android drive, now i cannot hang up or pick up any calls with my fiesta st wheel.buttons...
Did a master reset on head unit and.phone...checked setting on phone and sync
I am using sync3 installed at the dealer....anybody.seen this?? HELP!

If your phone upgraded to Android 10, I have found that you have to repair and update a lot of things that the phone pairs with and also that a lot of apps are broken by Android 10. However I have two vehicles with Sync 3, and they are both still working fine with my phone.
