High Pitch Spool sound at low RPM’s

Hello, I drive a 2017 fiesta st and currently ran into an issue where there’s a very high pitch, what sounds like spool, sound coming from the engine. Currently at 45k miles, catless, plumback bov, mishimoto intake

I'd check all the boost hoses. Might be a leak.

It did stink for a while, my dumbass was thinking “is my coolant punk broken or rotten?” 🤦🏻‍♀️ I’m wondering if I gotta change my tensioner now
