Yes! There is finally a definitive solution for installing the DEPO manufactured European LED taillights on USDM Fiesta ST vehicles without any permanent modification to your vehicle. This would simply not be possible without st_ricky_ and his knowledge of wiring and bravery to be the guinea pig. Please post questions, comments, or concerns. Thanks for looking!

What/Where To Buy
First thing is first, you will need the LED taillights. They come in the normal clear/red, and a smoked out version:
Ford Fiesta 3/5 Door Mk7 Mk8 2008-12 Smoked LED Back Rear Tail Lights back tail

Back Rear Tail Lights Pair Set LED Clear Red Black Ford Fiesta 08-12

LED Rear Tail Lights Set Ford Fiesta Built 08- >> 3/5 Door Red Smoke

USA 2011-12 FORD FIESTA 3D/4D HATCHBACK EURO SPEC RED/CLEAR LED TAIL LIGHTS NEW

You will also need a 3156/3157 "pigtail" adapter:
2x 3156 3157 4157 Socket Car Bulb Holder Adapter for Turn Signal Light

Tools Needed:

Electrical Tape
T20 Torx Screwdriver OR 3mm Allen Key
E6 Torx Socket
Wire Stripper
Wire Cutter
"Pigtail" 3156/3157 Socket Car Bulb Holder Adapter (x2), Link: HERE
Wire Butt Connectors (x6)

Procedures:

Step 1: Remove the taillight by unscrewing the two T20 Torx screws on the inside edge of the taillights. You will need to open your hatch to access the screws. Once the screws are removed the taillights are only attached by two metal posts. Carefully wiggle/pry the taillight free and remove the bulbs from the taillight housing.

Step 2: Remove the center stud/post on the DEPO/Euro LED taillights using the E6 socket.

Step 3: Cut off the plug on the European taillights using the wire cutters.

Step 4: Strip the ends of the wires from the plug you just cut off.

Step 5: Strip the ends of the wires from the pigtail 3156/3157 adapter and using the wire butt connectors, connect the wires in the following manner:
RED TO RED
BLACK TO BLACK
YELLOW TO BLUE
Remove the brake light bulb and plug in the pigtail.

Step 6: Pop back in the turn signal and backup light. Make sure the rubber seal around the bulb housing that contacts the taillight is nice and tight.

Step 7: Wrap up all the wires using electrical tape and tuck them into the sealed compartment of the taillight. Reassemble the taillights by lining up the two outside posts while making sure all the wiring fits into the sealed compartment and doesn't fall out. Screw in the two T20 torx screws for each light.

Test the lights by turning the car on and turning the lights to ON (not auto). Make sure the LEDs illuminate at a low intensity when on, and increase in intensity when you hit the brakes. Test the turn signals by activating the emergency flashers. Test the backup light by engaging into the reverse gear.
Here is a video of the lights in action:

If these were made in a red lens version I'd be all over that. Not a fan of clear lens tail lights.

They do have the normal clear/red versions. The smoked versions are actually the less common one. I edited the OP to include the below links to the clear/red taillights.

Question though. I know it's an old thread, but what about the backup light and blinker. The Depot lights are EU so the holes do not have notches. How did you go about retrofitting that?
