Intermittent rough shifting issue. Been chasing ever since trans was out.

I have been chasing this issue for some time now. About 2 years ago I replaced the clutch, pressure plate, flywheel, slave cylinder, and did an Mfactory LSD while I was in there. Didn't reverse bleed just used shop pressure bleeder on reservoir and used the pedal pump method manual method as well. Clutch worked decent and pedal felt decent, but shifting was not as smooth and notchier/catchy feeling. Have replaced master cylinder, the hoses/lines from master to slave (lost rubber seal on end of pipe) have reverse bled system using reverse bleeder, done countless neutral resets. Seems like shifting would be great for a bit but intermittenty gets catchy again. A year later realized I never put grease on clutch disc splines, so pulled trans out, used sachs clutch grease on splines, replaced slave again and said why not let's do carbon syncros and everything while it was out again, used motul dtcf instead of ford stuff. The grease did fix one issue I had, but shifting still feels catchy after a while still, sometimes it gets better but overall very strange issue.

Also I noticed the last time I bled clutch using pressure bleeder, when bleeder was fully open it was a very very narrow stream and wondering if maybe there is possibly some debris behind the bleeder floating around in the system? My question now is, does anyone know if I'm able remove the circlip from the slave and remove the bleeder to make sure there's nothing in there? Idk what else to do at this point honestly. Also, I've only used the hand pump reverse bleeder, how does the manual suggest you reverse bleed at 1.5 BAR (21-22psi)?
