Irritating noise coming from left ac gauge on dash

Not sure if this has been posted before, looked it up but couldn't really describe it.

Anyways, under acceleration I can hear a noise, almost like coins falling. Only happens when I'm accelerating, no other way to recreate it. Wondering if anyone else has had this issue and knows how to fix it. If not I will be bringing it into Ford to get it fixed and report back.
