Is there a registry?

Wondering if there is an official registry? I am curious to see what number car off the line I have since I ordered mine before they hit the dealerships.

I'd also like to see breakdowns of total production for each year, along with info on colors, whether they had the Recaros, stuff like that.

I'm not sure about what number and breakdowns. I know you can look up your own vehicle at https://www.etis.ford.com/ and see its build date and all the options it came with
