Is this bolt suppose to be here

Got my whoosh hybrid, however I’m confused to why this bolt is here. Do I need to remove it? Doesn’t go all the way through thread, it’s like halfway in there.

Leave it on. I find it's easier to just pull the whole manifold off and put the turbo on outside of the car and just drop it in. Put the wastegate on and dial in the preload, put the bov on, attach the solonoid and attach the lines.

Ok ty never saw an alignment bolt before so it stuck me as odd.

And as for the preload I tighten both the nuts after setting and the flap is slightly open? Just trying to make sure I do it right.
