I have a 2014 and just yesterday I clicked navigation and when I pressed the home button I just heard a click and nothing happened. When I click the bottom right which is music it takes me to settings, I don’t know if it needs to be re calibrated or do a master reset but when it goes to settings it’s non responsive. I have to do voice controls to be able to connect my phone. I pulled up the diagnostic menu but it doesn’t let me click anything so I can’t even re calibrate. Radio and Bluetooth seem to be working like normal. Any ideas ?
