Light, Sticky, Street and Drag

I am looking for the best wheel and tire combo for hitting the Drag strip and doing some weekend street racing. Nothing more. My car is at the stock height but i do plan on lowering it with the Mountune springs . I want light, STICKY and able to drive on the streets what should I get?

Convert to 4x100
15x8 6UL (11.6 lbs)
225/45-15 tires (many good ones to choose from, most on tirerack are 21 lbs)
