Whats up, does anyone have any information on wiring the AEM w/m injection failsafe. More specifically how to wire it to the wastegate solenoid. A diagram would be greatly appreciated. I hope this is in the correct spot. This is my 1st post other than introduction. I searched and couldn't find it.

Hey Robert,

Due to the difficulty in finding a nipple to tee off of on that particular car, you'll want to use an adapter, such as this from Turbosmart, to add a reference location:

Once you've installed that piece, you can follow the AEM Failsafe install instructions per normal:

http://aemelectronics.com/files/instructions/30-4900%20Wideband%20Failsafe%20Gauge.pdf

Best of luck with the install!

I am having the same problem (talking about poster) That diagram is not for the correct failsafe either. Thats the o2 setup. He has the other one like me. Forgive me I dont remember the name. Anyway that T is also not what willbe used to dump boost should a fault occur with the meth. There has to be a way to wire into the boost "sol"

Update: I had to wire in a relay inline with the wastegate solenoid. The aem failsafe then triggers the relay to open and cut power to wastegate solenoid and only boost to wastegate spring pressure.
