Love my fiST!

Hey all just wanted to introduce myself.
I just bought a "nearly" new 2016 fiST and just love this car!
My background: 2 mustangs and mostly Subarus.
I sold my last scoob (FXT w/ STI swap) and was planning on buying a built wrx but then this little car caught my eye.
I cannot believe how awesome she is! SO. MUCH.FUN.
Ill be honest I do miss the awd, and the power my subies made(350 and under so nothing crazy) but... wow I am in love with this small monster!
The weird thing: I got a bunch of waves from other ST owners Foci and fisties!
Waitaminute i thought only subie lovers did that this is cool!
Truth be told I'll always be a Ford and Subaru guy.
Im sure Ill buy another scoob some day... unless I scoop up an RS

I think the two car communities that wave at each other the most are the jeep wranglers and miatas. Glad to hear youre lovin the car! *waves*

Welcome! You have similar background to me- Subarus and Mustangs- and for me Miatas as well. My other car is an 18 GT. The FIST and GT make a nice combo. But honestly the FIST is so much fun- I actually prefer it as my daily driver. And getting nearly 40 MPG in such a fun car is awesome.

I waved when I owned Wranglers- and also a Land Cruiser too- but that was a long time ago.

I see hardly any FISTS where I am at. The demographics here is older folks, BIG vehicles and automanicitis.
