Need some feedback...symp delete or symp BOV kit?

Hey folks, it's almost time for me to pull the trigger on the next project for the VA SnailST!

So far, I have the CPE fmic and the magnaflow catback exhaust in cart (I'm not trying to go too loud on exhaust but want a bit more sound)

I'm thinking of adding in a symposer delete to make that noise go away and hear the exhaust itself more. With that said, I can't decide yet, just regular symposer delete or bite the bullet and do one of the BOV kits that fit the symposer port? Anyone have a symposer BOV? are they super loud if so?

I already have a tune and turbosmart wastegate with a drop in filter and vello big mouth intake setup and I hear a bit of the whooshies when I let off the gas. I'm not going for super loud and aggressive sound, just want to hear a bit more of the fun stuff, and will probably take to be retuned after the FMIC and exhaust are on.

Thoughts?
Also, I couldn't find when searching, but for the symp delete, will I need two of the caps? One for block side and one for cabin side? Or what do people do on cabin side?

If you do a symposer delete, you need a plug for the intake side (the symposer delete itself) and some people just stuff a paper towel on the cabin side. I myself left the hole open since there a thin rubber membrane over the hole.

As far as a symposer port BOV, its less intrusive than the spacer plate at the turbo. The spacer BOV is constantly going off (even in reverse). The symposer real BOV will only go off after hitting vacuum after boosting. Its less noticeable at cruise/low boost and audible under big boost load. You'll love a real BOV. You might need a tune to offset the unplugged electric bypass valve at the turbo (which can be blocked off with an aftermarket plate, or leave the factory electric bypass on but unplugged).

I'm using the turbosmart symposer bov. I like it. Easy install, (although removing the oem bypass is annoying) easy to service or reach if needed in the future. I've also read somewhere that having the bov on the cold side pipe close to the throttle body is "more gooder"

If you go this route, get the dummy plug for the plug that goes to the oem bov.

I like the symposer mounted BOV's , specifically the HKS because I like the sound and you do not have to adjust the HKS
add the block off plate to the turbo and the rest is all done from the top of the engine bay
Other advantages besides location: ease of adjustment/install , louder, and the new valve is not subjected to the heat bolted directly to the turbo comp housing
Turbo mounted BOV's , GFB kits, etc will run dry and need more frequent maintance due to their location being subjected to high temps

Can the Turbosmart veeport be changed out with the hks without needing anything special?

It needs an adapter or a CPE flanged cold side pipe. Mountune turbosmart also a good option that doesn’t require adjustment.
