i can take pictures when i get home from work.

I initially tried drilling out the rivets but I guess I used to small of a bit because it didn?t do anything. I ended up wrapping a hacksaw blade in electrical tape and prying out on the bracket and sawing away. It left a scuff but not noticeable unless you are inches from it. The holes left in the bumper don?t bother me nearly as bad as I thought they would. It looks amazing without the bracket!

definitely take some pictures. maybe you can use some scratch x to remove those scuffs. taking off the bracket is something I have been thinking about- although IL requires a front plate, that bracket takes away so much from the grill.

My car had a front plate bracket on it as well. Pissed me off that they used rivets. I took a pair of snips and cut off the plate bracket itself. Than I used a pair of pliers to pull the rivets out far enough, and hacked them suckers off with a hack saw. No marks, and the holes aren't bad either. The rocks chips stand out way more than the bracket holes do.

Welcome. Love the molten orange. I grew up in the burgh, currently living in NC for work but hope to move back soon. What area are you in?

I agree about the holes. They aren't bad at all. I honestly don't see a need to buy plugs and spend 30 to paint match

Uniontown. It's 20 min north of the pa/WV border. It's around Connelsville, pa and Brownsville, pa
