That's all, got the vibration sorted but now just today a new problem started. Sounds like a rear spring is bound up or something, happens when pulling into a drive up over a curb from the street. Busted shock? Bad spring mount? Something loose back there?
The rubber spring perches commonly deteriorate, check there first. Could just be metal on metal sounds or can you feel it binding?

Its a binding sound, at slow speed sounds like its storing energy as the pop or sound comes after the car has gone over the bump and the shocks settle. Like the suspension (spring) is unwinding (popping). No leakage from shocks and everything seems to be tight.
These rubber spring perches, this is a common issue?
I was originally thinking this is a sway bar or rear shock issue but sounds like spring perches. Can you elaborate?
