New to tuning

Hey guys,

I'm absolutely new to turbo cars and tuning so please bear with me.

I'm hopefully getting a Catless downpipe tomorrow and I have a straight pipe cat back. Other than that, the car is stock. I've heard that it's really bad to be running the car with a Catless DP and no tune so I'll have to wait to install it until I get the Cobb AP.

So the question is, with just those two parts, what tune should I run?

Thank you all.

You should get an intercooler before you install the downpipe. Then buy a drop in filter and run stage 3. Until then, there isn't a tune recommended for just a catless DP

Thanks for the quick response. That's what I thought would have to happen. Now I'm not trying to cheap out but what would be a "cheaper" FMIC?

With just those parts you can run the stage 1 OTS tune but you'll need a defouler on your downstream O2 sensor if you don't want to see the check engine light.
