NOOB Cobb AP Question

I was just installing my new Cobb AP and it gave me the option to install AP for ECU only or for ECU and Transmission. Which should I choose and what's the diff? Thanks!

I'd say ECU ONLY...As it has no Trans. Module to integrate with. FYI. Enjoy
