Open port on intake?

Sorry if this isn't the right section, it wasn't a warranty issue.

I just purchased a used Fist. It appears to have had an aftermarket intake at some point (wire connector a little messed up). Wondering if there is a hose that's suppose to be connected to this port?

not used on ST, it's connected on a non turbo Fiesta
