Passenger window wont roll up or down

Hey guys. I rolled the passengers window down about a inch and it wont go back up. All the others work fine. It doesn't make any noise or vibrations when I try to roll it up. Could this be a fuse issue?

Just checked the fused and everything looks good. The switch is getting power also.

Have you tried pulling on the window? Pull alittle see if it helps it go up

Go see your dealer if still on warranty.

I tried it didnt budge. I'm going to take off the door panel later today and see if the motor is getting power.
