St180 No audio from any source

Hi, I’m getting no audio via speakers from radio, dab, cd etc but the screen displays as if I am?

Sync settings and applications options can’t be clicked on either

also when pressing phone nothing happens.

checked fuse, disconnected battery , also tried to update sync via usb but it didn’t prompt up

any ideas? It’s hell driving without any music 🫠

There may be a factory reset option? Hold a key combination during power on?

Have you checked for trouble codes?

Sounds like possible APIM failure.

Standard troubleshooting procedure for any computer is to strip it down of attached peripherals.
