Stage 3 catted downpipe inspection problem

I still have the a muffler and a high flow cat. They didn't look under my car, so I guess it wouldn't of mattered anyway.
Some places will look at everything, some will do the most basic stuff to get you out of there.

I take it you also have 'privatized' inspections (at shops/service stations) in NASCAR Country just like here in Pennsyltuckey?

If your state doesn't allow it, I wouldn't bother. You can smell it for sure when your car's idling.

And a side note, if you ever get pulled over for speeding or anything, and the cop smells the fumes (which he will when he walks up to your car), more tickets incoming.
