Stiff suspension on coilovers

I have coilovers (maxed out low) on my fiesta and im about to put on some 16x9 wheels on and i am trying to get some suggestions on what to do to stiffen the ride as much as possible. I dont know if i can just take the coilover apart and change the spring to a stiffer one or not. Need help would appreciate it also clueless on how to stiffen the rear.

Some makes of coilovers have higher poundage springs available or may fit Swift coilovers springs.

Buy new springs to stiffen up. Measure the OD of your current springs and give MFactory a call to order stiffer ones. That said, you have a suspension for a reason and limiting travel to fit larger wheels is a horrible idea.
