Stiffer Engine Mounts, Suspension, Etc. and added knock counts?

Anyone have experience with getting higher than expected knock counts, or ignition correction due to more engine noise, or changed natural frequency of the engine assembly? Is there any way to confirm it is false knock? Unfortunately I do not have any proper before/after logs, or the ability to change the car back to a stock setup. We do have a lot of current logs and they show knock, and high knock sensor response, but none of it changes much with ignition timing or boost levels. Any ideas?
Thanks.

What passenger side mount do you have? I’ve heard some report of some of those mounts causing false knock.

I've seen it on other platforms, not sure how fussy our sensor is but its def a possibility

I have the powerflex inserts on the 2 upper mounts and the cobb rear mount. I think this has been going on longer than those inserts were in though.

My understanding is that the inserts should not cause any false knock.

I've had all the options. Stock OEM mounts no knock. Stock mount power flex black(race) insert on passenger side, driver side, rear awr 88a no knock. Shot(used) inserts some knock a lot of vibration. Now I'm rear awr 88a, passenger side and driver side vibratechnic street no knock no vibration. Try checking your fuel quality. I was getting knock and negative corrections because of bad fuel quality.

I'm still waiting on COBB to put ACCESSTUNER back up for sale so I can get into tuning myself on this platform. On other platforms it is definitely common for stiffer mounts to introduce noise that the knock sensor picks up. I'm not sure what options their are to filter it out, but you definitely want to minimize vibrations that can give you "phantom knock" as i usually called it. As Raziel said, try higher octane in your car to eliminate fuel quality as a possibility. These issues can be annoying to pinpoint.
