Hey everyone, just finished swapping over my Sync 2 unit to Sync 3 on my 15 Fiesta and everything went great!
I ended up sourcing my own parts for around $350, compared to the cheapest kit I saw from simplymichigan.co for around $610$
Heres a mini parts list if anyone interested! And if any if you all need help in the future, I will do my best to help!
Screen (Just look for a Sync 3 6.5” Screen - https://www.ebay.com/itm/1965763396...cFlxjUnQuO&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY
APIM - No link, but look for one coming out of a Fiesta ST with similar features as it will not require any programming. Also, if you get one that hasn’t been updated from 3.0 to 3.4, you will need to use https://community.cyanlabs.net to update it 3.4.
GPS antenna (If not getting this one specific, read reviews because some people say some of these do not work with Sync on Amazon- https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0107LPEWK?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
