Timing belt change

I have a 2019 Fiesta and it has 103,000 miles on it. I am not physically able to do maintenance on it. Should I go ahead and have the timing belt changed or wait till 150,000 mile. The car is only 3 years old. My wife go it with 100 miles on it. I don't know if milage wear or age is more important. Any help world be appreciated.

Absolutely nothing wrong with getting it done early* You could roll it to 120ish if you'd like. Is it modified at all? Tuned?
