What oil, coolant and spark plugs to use?

BT change the oil every 3-5k depending on how hard you beat on it. Also use a 5w30* Full Syn with the latest Additives for LSPI.

Regular coolant is just fine what it prescribed in your manual. Oil and oil filter also OEM. Regular oil changes no later than 6k miles...
